In 2012, the Practices (The Simpson Centre and Penn Surgery) formed a virtual patient participation group. This developed in 2013 to appoint PPG Committee, who meet monthly at both sites on a rota basis.
To act as a two-way communication channel between the staff of the two Practices and their patients in order to help develop the service they provide for their patients.
