Over the coming weeks, some of the doctors within the Practice will change their working hours and/or surgery. This occasionally happens to better support patients and provide a balanced range of skill cover across the two surgeries.
Dr Dominic Wood is returning to work after a prolonged absence due to illness. Initially, he will work Monday, Thursday and Friday, but this may vary over time. He will move back to the Simpson Centre
Dr Dip Sen, who has been a Locum covering Dr Wood’s patients, has become a permanent staff member. She replaces Dr Annie Whitehouse at Penn, who has moved away from the area.
Dr Mo Uddin, a former GP Registrar with us, will be rejoining us in early July. He replaces Dr Aman Grewal and will give us another familiar face to support the team.
Dr Rachel Calver will move from The Simpson Centre to Penn Surgery to cover Monday, Thursday and Friday sessions, replacing Dr Wood.
Dr Faye Boundy will continue to cover Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday sessions at Penn Surgery.
In addition, we will continue to have a registrar at the Penn site.
At the Simpson Centre, Dr Dominic Wood will work Monday, Thursday and Friday, covering the list with Dr Gemma Nott. She will continue to work Tuesday and Wednesday.
There are no further changes, so the weekly cover looks as follows:
Managing Partner Dr Moona Rakhit is implementing projects underpinning Practice development and managing the build of the new Beaconsfield Medical Centre. She also runs regular contraceptive procedure clinics at the Simpson Centre.
